Magician Tony Blake is teaching Magic to a Teenager named Danny.
Danny is crying out for attention from his father,
wealthy businessman Paul Ryerson,
who is too busy with his new girlfriend Carol.
When Carol accidentally falls down the stairs in Paul's home,
she apparently dies in the fall.
Danny's father soon becomes the target of a blackmail plan by his
supposed friend and photographer Matt,
who is the one who
talks Paul into disposing of carols body in a lake,
and not to report the accident
to the police.
Using Photographs he took of Paul disposing of Carols body
he extorts Money from Paul.
When Son Danny learns of the Blackmail scheme
he sets out to help his father.
Tony follows Danny and learns of the blackmail scheme
that is being played against Danny's Father.
With Tony's help,
They are able to foil the blackmail scheme
when someone else's body is discovered in place of Carol's Body...
Carol is found to still be alive...
and the real killer,
Matt,
is brought to Justice.
Danny and his father are now able to start fresh.
